How we test.

Products marked "Selected for Testing" have not been tested yet. We only update a product page with findings after using it in our own kitchen.

• Ease of use. Can an everyday home cook use it without reading the manual twice?
• Cleanup. How long it takes to clean, and whether it is dishwasher safe.
• Storage. How much drawer or counter space it needs.
• Usefulness. Whether it does a real job better than what you already own.
• Construction. How it feels in the hand and holds up to repeated use.
• Value. Whether the price matches what it does.
• Drawer space. The final question: does it earn a spot in the kitchen?
