Shipping
Getting your order.
- Where we ship: all 50 US states (we do not ship internationally yet).
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after your order ships.
- Shipping cost: free on orders of $35 or more, otherwise a flat $5.99.
- Order tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Carriers: we use standard US carriers. If a carrier delays your package, contact us and we will help track it down.
Returns
30 days, no runaround.
- Return window: 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Condition: items should be in their original packaging and in usable condition.
- How to start a return: use the Contact page with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
- Return shipping: if the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Exchanges: we can swap a defective item for a replacement instead of a refund if you prefer.
Refunds
Your money back.
- Once your return arrives, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
- Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is our fault (damaged, defective or wrong item).
Damaged or missing items
We make it right.
- If something arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If your order says delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
Order changes and cancellations
Before it ships, yes.
- Contact us as soon as possible and we will change or cancel your order while it is still being prepared.
- Once an order has shipped, treat it as a return instead.
