Refund and Returns Policy

We want every order to arrive as expected. This policy explains what to do if it doesn’t. To start a request, email buykitchensupplies@gmail.com with your order number, or use our contact form.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly after delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item. If we need the item returned, we’ll send you instructions before you ship anything back. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
Lost in transit
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us. We’ll check the carrier tracking and follow up with the carrier and our supplier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Marked as delivered but not received
A package that the carrier confirms as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout is not treated as lost in transit. If this happens, please contact us. We’ll share the delivery information we have and help you file a claim or investigation with the carrier. We’ll review each case individually.
Change-of-mind returns
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please review product details, sizes and options carefully before ordering. If you have questions about a product before you buy, we’re happy to help. This doesn’t affect items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws or under your payment provider’s dispute process.
